- True Blue Silk Noil - With 100% silk content, this noil has a nubbly texture and a lush, lightly crisp drape, perfect for this dress. In a saturated blue, evocative of calm lakes and faded denim, it's cool and calming. The fabric is incredibly light and airy, but with enough structure for the tailored look of this shirt dress. We love it!
