How to Manage Your Subscription


So, you've decided to make your life easier by letting us prepare your next sewing project. Way to go! 

Now, let us show you how to make the most of your subscription. In this email, we'll walk you through everything you need to know to swap products, modify your order, skip a month and cancel your subscription (though we hope you don't use that one :) )

Your Subscription Home Base.

Any time you want to make adjustments to your subscription, click on this link under the Subscriptions tab that says "Manage My Subscription. (Or use this URL:  http://needle-sharp.myshopify.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login)

If you have not already done so, it will prompt you to create an account with a password. Simply use the same email address with which you ordered your box and provide a unique password.

You will then be taken to this page:

Here, you can see all your order, and most importantly, you can manage your subcription with the link circled above.

Modifying Your Order:

Under the "Manage Your Subscription" page, you'll see a drop down menu that says "Manage." When you click on that, you see a drop-down menu with a whole bunch of options.

If, for example, you decide that you want to change fabrics in your current box before it is shipped, you select the "Swap Products" option from the drop-down menu. You will then be taken to this screen.

Here you will see your current choices and on the far right side, you will see a button with two arrow facing opposite directions. This is the "Swap" button and you can click on it to change your choices.

After you click the button, you'll get a drop-down menu with all your options. All you have to do is select the new variation that you want, then hit the "Swap" button the right again to save your choices.

You can swap your items as many times as you want before the box is shipped on the first of the month. 

Skipping a Month:

Though we try our best to choose patterns and fabrics that we think you'll love, we know that sometimes you won't like the options or hey, you just want a break. No problem. If you select the "Upcoming Orders" option from the "Manage" drop-down menu, you can skip a box.

You will be taken to this screen where you'll see all your upcoming boxes. Simply select the "Skip Shipment" option on the right side of the screen for the month that you would like to miss.

You will be prompted to confirm that you do, in fact, want to skip the order. Select "OK" and you are all set. You will not receive a box for the corresponding month and you will not be charged.

Cancelling Your Subscription:

Though we'd absolutely hate to see you go, if you decide that Needle Sharp's sewing boxes just aren't for you, the last option on the drop-down menu under "Manage My Subscription" will cancel your subscription.

Once you select this, you will no longer receive our boxes or be charged monthly. However, you also will not be able to enjoy our hand-selected patterns and fabrics with everything gathered for you.
