If you've been around the sewing world for a little while, you've either heard of or perhaps sewn your own Archer Shirt. It is the classic button-up indie sewing pattern out there right now. So to say that it was a pre-requisite to have it in one of our boxes would not be an understatement.
Skill Level: Intermediate
What you should know (or desire to learn): Attaching a collar, sewing buttonholes and button placket, inserting a yoke, sewing a sleeve placket, setting sleeves, attaching cuffs
Fabric Options: Read more about the fabric options here.
- Light Blue Brushed Oxford - Classic shirting makes for a shirt you'll love for years
- Grey and Purple Brushed Tartan Twill - An unusual plaid will make you feel like an unusual lumberjack (in the best way possible)
- Red, White and Blue Sunburst Dot Twill - Playful yet subtle, a perfect casual shirt option
Also in this box: Matching thread, interfacing, 9 buttons, and a sewing machine needle. Extra yardage will be provided for the plaid to accommodate pattern matching and bias cutting (if using).
