Beige Basketweave Wool - A mixture of polyester and wool, this fabric is a classic camel coating. Soft and mottled, it boasts a lovely texture to contrast to its neutral color. The heaviest of the three options, it's ideal for truly cold weather (not that we want to think about that right now). A gorgeous coating fabric!
Jade Sherpa Wool Coating - Teddy coats were all the rage a few years ago, but what about green sherpa ones? We think this should be a thing, and we're here with this lovely jade version. A polyester that mimics wool, this fabric is touchably soft with a fuller drape to show off the cocoon shape of this coat. An absolute knockout of a fabric
Gray Scandinavian Stripe Wool Coating - All the look of a colorwork coat without all the knitting, this yarn-dyed coating is soft and brushed and oh so comfy. Very soft for wool, with almost no scratchiness, this fabric will become a warm and snuggly coat with just the right amount of heaviness. And the gray-on-gray color feels chic and stylish. The Indigo Pre-Quilted Stripe fabric in this box just blew me away. The pictures and description just did not do it justice.
The box comes with all the notions needed to complete the project. It's lovely to have a new needle for each new product.

Favorite Winter Trousers

This box arrived just in time for the cooler weather. The trousers by The Assembly Line are great. I was a bit skeptical of the double pleats on the front and double darts in the back. Once I was done, I felt like I stepped out from the 1920s or 30s. I'm 5'10" and normally need to find jeans/pants with a 34" inseam. I was very surprised at the length of these trousers since their website state that they draft their patterns for a height of 5'6". I decided not to add any extra length and they ended up being just right -- with a narrow hem -- when I wear flats. I would definitely add an inch or two next time to widen the hem and make them a little longer to wear with any type of small heel.

I also really loved the buttons that were included in the box.

I am already planning on making another pair of these trousers for this winter.
