Zoe Blouse
A blouse or dress with a V-neckline finished with concealed binding and a button placket. The short sleeve has a flared flounce. This fairly straight cut blouse can be made with or without sleeves and into a dress with an elastic waist.
Fabric: Very light to medium-heavyweight woven fabrics (3 - 8 oz), such as batiste, crepe, double gauze, light denim
