Welcome to our guide to our newly redesigned Manage My Subscription page! We are constantly trying to improve the customer experience and we think this is a great change to do just that. And we'd love to hear your thoughts. Send us your comments!
So, you've decided to make your life easier by letting us prepare your next sewing project. Way to go!
Now, let us show you how to make the most of your subscription. Here, we'll walk you through everything you need to know to swap products, modify your order, skip a month and cancel your subscription (though we hope you don't use that one :) )
Any time you want to make adjustments to your subscription, click on the link under the Our Kits tab that says "My Account."
If you have not already done so, it will prompt you to create an account with a password. Simply use the same email address with which you ordered your box and provide a unique password.
You will then be taken to this page:
Here, you can see all your orders, and most importantly, you can manage your subscription with the link circled above.
Under the Manage Your Subscription page, you'll see a drop down menu that says More Details. Once you click on that, you'll find everything need to control your subscription.
After each month's theme is announced, you will use the Swap Products option to pick your fabrics, essentially swapping the previous month's options for the next. You will find this under the Products in your subscription menu.
Selecting this option will take you to this screen:
Here you will see your current choices and below you'll find the future boxes. Simply use the dropdown menu to select your fabric, then hit select so make the swap.
**Note, you will also use this method if, in the middle of the month, you change your mind and decide you want a different fabric.
Though we try our best to choose patterns and fabrics that we think you'll love, we know that sometimes you won't like the options or hey, you just want a break. No problem. If you select the Manage upcoming Orders option from you can skip a box. Simply select the Skip Shipment option on the right side of the screen for the month that you would like to miss.
If you have multiple boxes on your subscription, you'll want to use the quantity option to control which box you receive each month. You will also find this under the Manage upcoming orders menu but instead of selecting Skip Order, you choose Edit Quantity. From there, you can adjust the number so you only receive the box(es) you want for the month.
Though we'd absolutely hate to see you go, if you decide that Needle Sharp's sewing boxes just aren't for you, the last option on the drop-down menu under Manage My Subscription will cancel your subscription.
Once you select this, you will no longer receive our boxes or be charged monthly. However, you also will not be able to enjoy our hand-selected patterns and fabrics with everything gathered for you.
